Shipping policy

We use The Courier Guys for shipping in South Africa, 3-5 days depending on stock in hand or if we need to knot your beautiful gems.

Internationally we use Fedex or UPS, and the turn around time is +/-10 days.

We are a small, intentional business, and all of our pieces are hand made in our studio in Umhlanga Rocks South africa - as such we do not hold huge stock and our collections are sometimes limited not only due to the very nature of gemstones - but often their availability.

Sometimes - we may need to make up or knot your gems - and if there is any delay I (Justine :)) will personally be in contact to let you know exactly when you can expect delivery.
